• http://debian.marlow.dk/vserver/guest/

• can use vserver-build, which can use debootstrap

vserver alan build -m debootstrap \
        --interface dummy0:192.168.255.57 \
        --hostname alan \
        -- -d sarge -m ftp://ftp.citylink.co.nz/debian

• also methods for other minor distributions, but what a waste of time!
